If you want to be an Admin...
You have to be a Member of, 'Dragonfly'z Designz'. Which means you have to be able to make quality Graphics, Layouts, Signatures, or Avatars. AND you must have contacted Animallover142 or teamtwe1ve. The Founders of Dragonfly'z Designz.
You can't boss people around. Please be nice and help them in any way.
You don't have to invite people from Howrse.com or something else. Because you help run this website.
You must have NOT cussed or said something mean to someone.
(Optional) You must have 3 or more Karma Points on Howrse. It would be much easier with the payments.
Even if you can't be an Admin, you can try for a Mod!
